Philippines Tourist Transport in the Requirements

  1. Application form duly accomplished and notarized.
  2. Mayor’s Permit and/or Municipal License with official receipts.
  3. If corporation or partnership, copy of Articles of Incorporation / Partnership and its By-Laws and Business Name Certificate, if applicable. If single proprietorship, Business Name Certificate, (not applicable if renewal unless expired or there are amendments.
  4. Resolution of the board of Directors of the Corporation, association, or other entities authorizing the filing of the application and designating the person authorized to sign and act for and its behalf and transact business with the Department. If a single proprietorship or partnership, a letter of authority from the owner/partners
  5. List of all officials and drivers with their respective positions, nationalities, and home addresses certified by the general manager and notarized.
  6. Proof of ownership or lease over an area as a maintenance depot and garage for all units.
  7. Documentary requirements for each vehicle arranged as enumerated below: and grouped according to franchise number
