"Facilities were generally clean, staff is very helpful, but housekeeping needs more attention to detail. The room I was assigned still had room service garbage on the trays from the previous tenant ( or maybe even before!). After a long trip, it was more of an inconvenience than I wanted. I'd give it a solid 6 on a 10 point scale. "
