"The room is safe and looks clean. I shared the bed with a very large cockroach, I think that guests who use the room service to feed themselves and the cockroaches are responsible for such a bad experience. The room rate was low so I didn't complain. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is great because of the IT Park nearby where you can drink a civet coffee or enjoy the great Hawaiian style resto bar. Don't worry of the poor looking neighborhood close at the hotel, they are very normal good people who sell birds and have small business there, so you can walk around day and night there, even when it is a bit slippery after rain shower. "
