Checked in at 1 am direct from a Japan flight and was greeted by a very accommodating and friendly front desk. The room was immaculately clean and spacious. Bed is just right. I hope they have 2 pillows for each bed. Used to stay here on weekends and as usual the ambiance and service was maintained. Until our next stay.

My wife and myself stayed at the Berjaya Hotel for 8 days. Overall, our stay was decent and we had no issues. Recommended for budget travelers. The hotel itself is located bang on middle of Makati and at a convenient distance to areas of interest such as malls, bars and restaurants (of local or international cuisine). The room was spacious and functional, though the lighting control options could be better. 24 hours supply of hot water was available as well as air conditioning to keep the Manila heat at bay. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Travelers should temper their expectations at Berjaya but, I would still recommend this hotel for travelers on budget. Functional and decent location..
