My friend & I decided to take a break from work. Richmonde Hotel Ortigas is a perfect place to hang out & relax. We love most their heated indoor swimming pool. Fortunately, we we're able to enjoy the pool for ourselves that night. Staff are very courteous. Kudos to Rein (bellman) whose very generous in helping us. And to Sima (Front Office Manager) whose very polite in assisting our needs. Check in & check out process is swift. Rooms are clean. Bigger rooms are located facing the Edsa Shangrila & SM Mega Mall. Great location. Food service is efficient, we love their pizza, big serving with lots of cheese. Reasonable prize as well. Will definitely come back.

A great hotel close to main shopping malls and cinemas. Great pool, room service excellent and hi speed internet was great. Will stay here again , staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice reception area, quiet location.

This is a very warm place for the weary travelers, staff is always friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Centrally located for local shopping and ease of passage for work related travel. The food and service is one of the best I have experienced in Manila.
