I found this property while looking for something close to Glorietta and Ayala centre. Not a new one but very well maintained property with bigger rooms. I chose a One bedroom suite and it was enormous for a single person. Room had everything you need. Worth the money.

This is my favourite service apartment in Manila. The hotel location is great just opposite of green belt 5. The hotel staff is always helpful and the rooftop breakfast is quite good and the swimming pool is clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is new in Manila and want to live in the centre of makati.
