Everytime I come to Manila, i would often choose this place over the rest because of its cleanliness. And it hasn't changed very much. Plus, their staff are pretty much ok. There's a shopping mall and restaurants, fast-food nearby. Plus, their breakfast buffet is awesome.

We've stayed at this hotel three times and every time it gets better. Outstanding customer service from the concierge, front desk, security, housekeeping, restaurant and the business center. Breakfast now includes hot rice porridge with chicken and tofu, sweet chocolate rice porridge and pancit noodles, plus most of the traditional food in the morning. I was also able to enjoyed the freshly brewed coffee and red wine from the cute bar at the corner of the hotel lobby. I believe that good management is one the keys to the success of this hotel. We'll definitely stay here again next time.
