Huge room..furniture a bit run down but still clean. Smiling staff and handy location. For the cheap price it was totally worthwhile. Good location. Within easy distance of major shopping mall (though high end shopping), restaurants, and sports screens. Near main street to downtown Manila.

We have stayed in makati prime many times and all i can say is we don't have any problem with the staff.To the people write there comment about these hotel i think you need to stay in 5 stars hotel.
