This hotel has everything you need for a visit to Manila. It is located in the heart of Makati, literally across the road from the Greenbelt and Glorietta malls and has everything you need. The breakfast buffet was insane and the poolside bar was a great spot to unwind after a day of checking out Manila.

The staff was outstanding. I'd like to give a shout out to Lovely, Belle and Tina of the breakfast buffet for making us feel at home. Concierge guys were extra helpful. They follow through every request we had. I'm most grateful for packing picture frames without any delay. For my birthday, 3 ladies knocked on our door holding a beautiful chocolate cake and sang a birthday song. Such a unique touch!! Can't wait to come back.

The check in was smooth, the staff was friendly. Food has a wide selection and the quality is excellent. The room is comfortable, the kids had so much fun. My family was relaxed and staying in the great environment of the room and the ambience around is great. I will go back and stay again. It's my home address.
