I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my time in Manilla. The rooms were nice and cozy and more than I needed. I wasn't planning on spending too much time at the hotel anyway. The key to the success of this hotel is the service. The showers were nice and warm and the room had proper air conditioning. A luxury for the Philippines! The beds were clean and had no bed bugs. The hotel staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Jogie runs the desk in the evening was was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. He was very much on his game. There are several girls who run the desk during the day that were very helpful. Kyiana Higuchi was very helpful in getting info about local venues I wanted to visit.
