The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. Very friendly. Centrally placed hotel - really close to most interesting places in the town. An efficient check-in and generally helpful staff. Nice and clean rooms. Reasonable price. Good restaurant directly in the hotel. Commendations to all the staffs especially to Ms Lime, who helped us with our checking in and checking out and Mr Joel who helped us booked van for our Ilocos trip.

I booked at JMM Suites because I needed a 2 bedroom apartment in Manila. The apartments in Makati were all over priced, and JMM in Malate was much more reasonably priced. JMM suites is located in a very busy area. So the main problem was going through traffic to get there and to get out. As long as you can live with the traffic, then it's a good location. Robinson's mall is less than 50m away..... good for eateries and if you need to do a spot of high street shopping, or shopping for food, toiletries etc. There are also a lot of other eateries outside the mall.....even some middle eastern restaurants with Halal food. The staff at reception were courteous and helpful. Checking in was smooth after I made the booking via booking.com. The bell boy helped us with our luggage eventhough we were quite happy to carry it ourselves. We were allocated a 2 bedroom apartment on the 28th floor. It was actually a 0ne bedroom apartment with a connecting door to a regular hotel room, which was good since we got 2 TVs! The rooms were fairly clean. The furniture was new, but the floor tiles were uneven, showing the age of the apartment. The bathrooms were a little small for my liking, but clean with good hot water & pressure. The small kitchen was quite well equipped for heating up some food. The fridge was a decent size. The living area was quite roomy. The children tried out the swimming pool. It was a 30m swimming pool with freezing water. So the kids only swam for 20minutes! The pool was 4feet at its shallowest, and 5 feet at its deepest. No kiddy pool. Wifi was free and fast. There was supposed to be a restaurant/canteen on the 8th floor but we did not try it. It is supposed to serve halal food. Would i stay at JMM again? Probably....... it's just the traffic that might keep me away!
