"My sister and I love the place. We were guided to the room by Richard. He was nice, although I think we made her feel uncomfy because we looked grumpy from our long trip. Sorry Kuya. The hotel met our expectations. We love that it is super clean and the staff are very approachable. The bed sheets and pillows smelled really nice and the room amenities were all functional. The wifi signal was pretty fast too, (around 30mbps download speed! ) If we need to visit UPD again, we would surely book another room at Fersal Kalayaan."
