"It was a value for money stay as there was their promo for all rooms. Great location, great customer service, Front office staff didn't even bother to greet us every time they saw us. We requested 2 pillows only for free. Location is very accessible to restaurants and other malls. We also experienced personalized service. It was a relaxing stay cation for me. It was for birthday celebration and we were greeted with birthday small cake given by front office staff when we entered our room. The bed was very comfy and I love it. The breakfast was delicious and its buffet for two person. It was definitely filling and we absolutely adore their Italian food and other Filipino foods. The only problem was the parking, it is located in the basement 2,no elevator at basement 2 so we use the stair. Overall experience, totally awesome. Keep up the good job Front Office Staff!"
