Good hotel in the heart of malate,with polite staff and good service,fast check in.I've been here for 2 weeks now and my recommendation would be a larger suit room on the 49th floor as you have wonderful views from balcony and the rooms are a lot better than the studio type rooms.Elevators are pretty fast which for manila is a bonus.Plenty of restaurants nearby and Robinsons mall is only a minutes walk away.Not an area for everyone as it is a red light district but a very worthy hotel,i will certainly come back.

I was surprised that a 3 star hotel could surpass a 5 star hotel in terms of quality and service. So many reasons to stay in this hotel: 1. The room has breathtaking view. 2. Very affordable 3. Near the mall and restaurants 4. Bed sheet smells clean and fresh. 5. Comforter and pillows are so soft and fluffy 6. They have small kitchen with microwave and electric kettle with daily complimentary supplies of bottled water, coffee, and tea. 7. They have USB outlets!!! 8. Each room has its own wifi router with fast internet connection. 9. Bathrooms have complete toiletries. They even have hair dryer! 10. Reception and housekeeping staff are all helpful and courteous. 11. Special mention to the General Manager Ms. Karen Niegas who made sure that all hotel guests are well taken care of. The only downside of this hotel is the SLOW elevator. But other than that, i would definitely come back and will recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.

We would really book another stay at this hotel! We booked this hotel to celebrate a very special and romantic occasion. The room was very clean and we had a great stay at the hotel. Moreover, we also had a great view of the Manila Skyline. The staff were very courteous, helpful and hospitable. This is great for couples who would like to have a staycation here in the Metro!
