From the check in experience until the check out, everything was perfect. All the staff we met were smiling and so nice. We really felt good in the hotel. We had a connecting room with our kids and it was perfect. The rooms are really big and the beds are amazing. The dinner was an amazing experience and we also had an awesome breakfast. Everything was perfect until the very last detail. We spend our day in the swimming pool and the kids really enjoyed. The staff was brilliant, I started to note the staff that worked well to praise their work but it was really everyone. We had the chance to meet our host, richard Masselin who is a great host. We will for sure come back.

excellent! the view is spectacular, food was great! room is big and we love being treated as regular guest. kudos to the team! The pool is quite small but needless to say, its convenient and very cozy..

Pan Pacific hotel team were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, respectful and courteous Checking in and checking out very quick and sufficient. Rooms were nice and spacious, the bed was super soft, Concierge service were very friendly and highly helpful. the club lounge and Breakfast buffet is excellent .. waiters are helpful and friendly
