Unfortunately we stayed here only for one night, on our way to Coron. We booked online via their website and we also booked an airport pick up, everything was perfect. Not too much traffic so it took us only 15minutes to get to the airport. Reception staff was super efficient and fast, the room is exactly what you see on their website pictures, beautifully furnished, great big comfy bed, great views and a lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Had dinner here and had a lovely buffet, great service at the restaurant as well. Truly excellent hotel!

Hotel Jen Manila has been our home away from home for years. They never fail to provide us with excellent service. Staff are very pleasant and accomodating, nothing is too much of a hassle for them. My 7 year old daughter always want to stay in this property everytime we go visit Philippines, she just love hanging around in rhe club lounge as she gets looked after well by Leizel and Erika. It's always hard to leave the place.. Looking forward to go back next year!!!

The hotel is superb - staff, food, room and location. I could say more but everything is nice. But I particularly like the view - sunset at manila bay. The hotel is blessed in such a magnificent view. My advise - try eating/drink at the Sky to get that relaxed ambiance.
