If you need to stay over in Manilla for a few days and are looking to go on the cheapish side this place is an ok alternative to other backpacker places in manilla. There are enough (local) restaurants, bars malls in the area and it is easy to get to. prices are roughly 900 to 1500 pesos per room with shower, some with toilet. The staff are friendly, the rooms are not 5 star but clean enough and it is in walking distance of mrt / lrt busstops, jeepneeys all over and taxis are pretty easy to come by , do ask for meter unless you arrange a price.
