Great place to stay in nice part of Manila.Greg our host was most helpful.My wife left her passport behind and Greg had it delivered to the airport for us.Would recommend to anyone.Much nicer than a hotel.They all look the same.

It was unique experience during this house. we felt easy, and keep calm. but it is only one thing problem is location. there is no restaurant and bar. But it's very safe area. I think it's good for someone who wants to take a rest.

Beautiful room, heritage house, quiet garden surroundings. This was probably the most beautiful room I've stayed in in Manila - and I've been to a lot of hotels in Metro Manila (from budget to 5 star). The property is a restored period house (pre-war colonial house) with appropriate furniture, decorations and fitting for that period. I've always hoped that there would be places like this opening up in Manila - restored and renovated period, heritage houses - and this is the best one I've stayed in. I'd even rate the room higher than those in the Manila Hotel itself! The room was huge - with dark hardwood flooring, lots of big windows looking out to the oasis of a garden, and antique hard wood furniture. The house is set within a garden with big trees, so it's very cool and very quiet considering you are in Manila! Now the downside - although the house is fairly close to Paco Park, and fairly close to Robinsons Otis Supermarket, it's in quite an awkward position - not really close to any of the usual touristy places or restaurants. It's quite a tricky place to find, and taxi drivers won't know where it is! Always take a smart phone with maps on it to locate the place. I would not recommend this place to a first timer in Manila (chose Makati first of all), but for someone who knows Manila well and wants to try a different place - this is a very very nice place!
