I booked a room for US$ through Agoda, and was upgraded (without asking) to a suite covering all the round side of the hotel. Room overall in excellent condition. King size bed; very spacious and luminous. Excellent view of the city..Very friendly and helpful staff.. Excellent internet unlimited internet connection.

This hotel in a location which is ideal for the business traveler as well as for the holiday maker. Transport with taxis is abundant 24 hours of the day. Underground parking is available and is free of charges to hotel guests. All in all a very good little big hotel ....

Well located with good transportation facility. Good service, from the security, to the reception to the room service, staff respect guest gladly. The staff is genuine, unique and the most pleasant employee's I have ever came across in a hotel. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is not your basic continental breakfast. Every morning the breakfast was different with added fruits, cereals, meats, you name it. Overall, its the best in Makati so far. We definitely stay here again if we come back Makati.
