"Great place to holiday if you do not plan on leaving the resort. It is very difficult to get into the city - traffic is horrible and it takes more than an hour to get to most places (Ferry terminal, airport, city malls, etc). The facilities at the resort are great and the staff are friendly enough but there seems to be some communication problems. My partner got food poisoning from the room service and when I called up to get some water and explained the issue the staff just said "OK" and offered nothing to help. It wasn't until I asked if there was a nurse/ doctor to help that we actually got some help. "
"The location is not good. The resort is isolated so taxi is not easily available. Except that point, however, every single part of this resort is perfect :) Strongly recommended to family with young children and couples. "
