"Good accommodation; hotel staff are respectful, cooperative and pleasing; services are prompt and good; good food; and safe to stay. This hotel is easy locate and accessible by almost all kinds of transport facilities. Hotel prices are affordable but the services great. They have function rooms for both small and big number of participants, however, lights for the venue should be improved. Overall, i can say that Fersal Malakas is excellent and is recommendable to all kinds of visitors here in Quezon City, specifically for government offices (Quezon city is the seat of local government units) and NGOs."
