" I like the hotel's location, it's near the airport and an airport pickup is free. The problem, I have been disappointed with the pickup person twice now. The first time, the pickup person was not there, an airport staff took me to the airport restaurant that's belonging to the Bellavista hotel and I've waited there for almost one hour to be picked up.The second time, again the person supposed to pick us up wasn't there, I finally walked outside and saw the Bellavista van, my cousin and I got on it, as our bags were loaded in the van the person supposed to pick us up showed and said my name, I answered yes! He said I saw you in side by the money changer but you have not seen me. I'm like what is that supposed to mean! How am I supposed to know you're from the hotel, you have not introduce your self! The third time disappointments is, I arrive in the hotel passed my check in time and had to sit, for about an hour because the room wasnot ready. I hope these won't happen no more. "
