Carcar is known to be the famous maker for Lechon (roasted pig). The old market place they have is very unique because they just display their Lechon and for those who want to buy a lechon will just drop by and take some orders. The good part here is that they will let you taste a little port skin where you will be entice to buy what they display in that market. Another famous food they have in Carcar is their Chicharon (Pig Skin Toasted). It is very crunchy and delicious.

Aside from lechon they also have other product like fruits and other products needed for a household. Carcar is a fork for the south going to Oslob and Moalboal. If you are going to Oslob then you can straitly go to the strait direction but if you’re going to Moalboal they you can take the right road going to Barili and from there you can reach Moalboal.
