I really like this hotel. Very clean and pleasant staff. Good mid range price, Very comfortable and good ambiance the guards were very helpful. My husband and I had been staying in malate for many years now every time we go to Manila and this is the hotel that I find very good.and I also love the food though they should make a nicer cocktail at the bar. PS- I will certainly go back and stay at this hotel on my next holiday.

When in Manila I've chosen to stay here over a number of years now, and the reasons for that pretty much remain the same. During late Jan to late Feb '17 I stayed here on 3 separate occasions (1-5 nights each time) as a base in Manila between travel elsewhere. It's a central location which means I can walk to Baywalk, Luneta/Rizal Park, Intramuros, Robinsons Place mall, many eating and entertainment places (such as a Cowboy Grill very close), 7 eleven etc. I like the balance of quality rooms and common areas, good buffet breakfast, but still in the mid range with value for money pricing. Any interactions I had with any staff during my stays I always found them to be professional, efficient, and warm and welcoming. It can be unfair to name individuals but both Jelica and Jovelle at front desk consistently provided professional, friendly service and support. Larry out front is always very helpful and with Weng (the hotel driver) went above and beyond on one occasion in particular when I needed urgent assistance in navigating Manila's rush hour. For me, the only negatives of this hotel are if you don't like the area it's in. Ermita is not to everyone's liking. But if choosing to stay in this area and wanting quality and value I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
